Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the geeks.lol website handles, why, who it shares it with and how you can exercise your rights.
Who we are
Geeks is a brand of International Technologies S.A.S. de C.V., a technology company based in Ciudad Marsella, La Libertad, El Salvador. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].
This policy covers this website only. The data we handle when providing our products and services (HIVE ERP, E-NVOICE, Universe and the rest) is governed by the contract and terms of each service.
What data we handle
When you write to us
The site has no forms. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the data you choose to share, such as your name, your email or number and your message. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or a demo. We do not sell it.
When you browse
- Server logs: like any website, the server logs the IP address, the browser and the pages visited, for the security and proper working of the site.
- Visit measurement: we use Google Analytics to know how many people visit us, where they come from and which pages interest them. It only stores cookies if you accept the analytics category in the cookie notice; otherwise it sends cookieless measurements that do not identify you.
- Necessary cookies: the language you choose, your time zone to show dates correctly, your cookie choice, the protection of the language switch and the admin panel, and the session of that panel, used only by our team.
Today we do not use advertising or session-recording tools. If we turn them on, such as Meta or Microsoft Clarity, they will appear in the list below and will only work if you accept their category.

You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences, at the bottom of every page, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Who we share data with
Only with the providers we need for the site to work and to serve you:
- Cloudflare: the site's network and protection.
- DigitalOcean: the server the site runs on.
- Amazon Web Services: stores the blog images.
- Google: Google Analytics to measure visits and Google Fonts to load the typefaces, which receives your IP address.
- Microsoft 365: the [email protected] mailbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta): the messages you send us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers process data outside El Salvador. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
- Email or WhatsApp conversations, for as long as they are useful to serve you.
- The site's server logs rotate automatically and are overwritten once they reach about 30 MB; we use them only for security.
- Google Analytics data, 2 months.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before handing it over or deleting it.
How we protect data
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to the data to the people who need it for their work.
Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for minors.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears above.
